MTM is a distinct group of services provided by our pharmacists to ensure that your medications are providing the best possible health outcomes. It involves a comprehensive review of all your drugs to prevent side effects, check for interactions, and ensure you are taking them correctly.

No, our Medication Therapy Management program is a free service provided to our clients to help them stay informed and safe regarding their medication use.

A comprehensive review usually takes between 15 to 30 minutes depending on the complexity of your health conditions and the number of medications being reviewed.

It is most helpful if you bring all of your current prescription bottles, over the counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements so the pharmacist can perform a complete and accurate assessment.

Pharmacists do not change prescriptions independently; however, if a potential issue or an opportunity for a better medication is identified, we will coordinate directly with your doctor to recommend and facilitate those changes.
